Student Opportunity

New Startup in Bozeman - Summer Internship / Project Opportunity

My name is John Kaiser and I am an entrepreneur in Bozeman booting up a new project (not related to WRIGO). I am looking for computer science / technical assistance this summer.

Project Description:
I won't go into too much detail here, but I am looking to get recordings of video and audio analyzed and coded, based on what happens in the video/audio, and then develop software that would recognize those patterns and log the pre-identified events as they happen in real-time.

I'm sure there are more technical ways to describe those needs and solutions, but I do not have a background in technology. It is very possible that this is more than a summer-project's worth of activity - which is a bridge we can cross if/when we get there. The preliminary capture and review/codification of audio/video is where I'd like to start. There may be some supplemental app development thrown in as well if that is of interest.

In true startup fashion, financial resources are limited - but monetary compensation is possible, pending skillset and further conversations. There would also be opportunities to join the project more formally if there is a fit and we progress through the various stages of getting this off the ground.

Flexible schedule expected (i.e. not a 40+ hour a week gig, by any means). Dog person is a plus. Bring some energy, enthusiasm, and technical skills.

Send me an email if you are interested in learning more!
